It is with pleasure that I announce the menu for the evening feast at Agincourt:
 
First Remove:
Bread with Butter and Two Cheeses
A Potage of Roysons
 
Second Remove:
Crustardes of Flessh - Pigeon Pie
Salat
Champignons
 
Third Remove:
Stewed Rabbit with Onions
Pease in Butter
Bruet Saracenes
 
Dessert:
Char de Crabbe
 
A list of ingredients for each dish will be provided at each table. If you have any questions in advance, please feel free to contact me.
