Hey All,

This is a gentle reminder that this Sunday is the Barony Meeting and Swap Meet. So It's time to go through those closets of old garb and pick out those items that no longer work for you. See the information below.

Lords and Ladies;

It's
time to prepare for war, and help your neighbors prepare for war. Do
you have a large amount or garb that you have no use for? Do you have a
belt that has grown too large? Has your persona gone through a change
that requires different clothing? Have some old Fencing, Fighting,
Archery or Thrown Weapons gear that you want to pass on to another? Want
to encourage someone to pick up a new art or activity in the SCA? Now is your time to pass these items on!!

Building
on last year's very successful Garb Swap, this year we are having an
SCA Swap Meet. Bring those items that you no longer have use for, or no
longer fit to the July Barony Meeting place them in the "Swap Area" .
Everyone is welcome to peruse the items, however the intent is to assist
those that may not have the means or experience to make their own garb
and it's a great way to help newcomers on their way to joining the SCA.

What are we looking for?
- Garb of all types, If you Don't/ Can't wear it anymore bring it along.
- Garb Accessories: Belts, pouches, scarves, Etc.
- Armor items for adults, youth and fencers.
- Weapons for adults, youth and fighters.
- An old Bow or throwing weapons that you no longer use.
- Art supplies, Cloth, feast gear, tents...

There
will be plenty of other Pennsic Tips and suggestions for Pennsic
Survival at the meeting along with our regular Sunday Practices, so
please come and join us!
