[SCA-BMDL] March Barony Meeting: 3/20, 2pm-5pm

Come one, come all to the Debatable Lands March Barony Meeting! This month will be a celebration of the Arts and Sciences! Sunday March 20th, from 2pm to 5pm (doors open no earlier than 2pm).

All artisans are welcome to join in the Artisans' Row. We have a smaller room this year, but there are some very comfortable couches - perfect for handwork or small set-ups, or just talking with friends.
 
Also, in recognition of the week of preparation  before Ice Dragon, and as a complement to the Ice Dragon Challenge (http://medievalcooking.org/ID2011challenge_09292010.html) Barony Meeting will feature an "Ice Dragon Panic Room".  Bring your completed or very close to complete projects and documentation, and a team of A&S Competition experts and veterans will give you feedback on polishing your documentation, presentation, and other last-minute tips.
 
More of a Martial Enthusiast? Never fear! The regular winter martial practices will be happening simultaneously in their normal place - the next room over (Please stow your gear to the right of the water fountain to give walking space).

A couple notes about the site:
- Please do not enter the main doors, go the the side door as in the map below. Martial practices room and Artisans' Row Room are on the 3rd Floor, only 1.5 flights up. 3rd Floor is not handicapped accessible.
- Bathrooms and water fountain are on the second floor across from the Panic Room, only half a flight up from the side door entrance. Do not use the water fountain on the 3rd floor.
- We have use of only the 3 rooms, the bathrooms and the adjacent hallways - please don't enter any other rooms (we didn't rent them).
- Parking:  Park in the down-slope lot off of Highland Rd, walk around the side of the building, enter the first door, and walk up the stairs to the room on the 3rd or 2nd floor.
