[SCA-BMDL] A & S Champions Competition at Debatable Lands 12th Night

Greetings from Baron Langdon,

The Baronial 12th night is soon to be upon us. As Master of the Arts and Sciences for the Barony I have been asked by their Excellences to organize an A&S competition for them to choose their Baronial Arts & Sciences Champion. 

The competition is open to all members of the Debatable Lands, but the Baronial champions will be chosen from the participants that do not have a Laurel; as their excellences wish to recognize and see the works of the populace who have not attained their peerage in the arts and sciences. The Baron & Baroness do hope that the Laurels will support the competition and they will be looking to their many Laurels to help them with the judging and to act as consultants in assessing the quality and merits of the contestants’ works. Please let me know if you have any questions. 

Any of the Arts and Sciences categories will be considered. Works in progress may be displayed but completed pieces are necessary for consideration as the A&S Champion.

Some documentation is suggested and obviously period pieces are more desirable than anachronistic works. The pieces will be on display during the day with the Baron & Baroness deciding the winner and making the announcement.
