[SCA-BMDL] Baronial scroll assignments

Greetings!

Recently Elss of Augsburg and I took over the duties of the Baronial Signet's office, and I am making a general announcement to our scribes that there are a few baronial scrolls that need to be assigned.  If anyone would like to help get these done, please contact me via e-mail and we'll get you an assignment.  There are only 2-3 scrolls for now, but I'm sure there will be more opportunities later this year if you want to do some scribal work.
