[SCA-BMDL] Steltonwald Fighter Practice

Fighter practice for the Canton of Steltonwald will be on a hiatus until
we secure an indoor site.  I will still try to post weekly updates.  We
are still working on an indoor site for practice.  If anyone has any ideas
