The Depreciation Lands Museum is offering two cooking classes, both of
which include principles that are useful to know for cooking within
our period of study. As you can see, the class sizes are small, so if
you are interested, move quickly :-)

Odriana

Welcome to Spring and a new season at the Depreciation Lands Museum!

Our season opens this year with two tremendous cooking classes, taught
by Ed and Judy Tutino, long time colonial cooks.

On Saturday, April 10, Judy will host an Open Hearth Cooking class.
During this outstanding class you will prepare - and then feast on - a
scrumptious Colonial Dinner.   The class will be held in the Log House
and is limited to 6 participants.

Then, on Saturday, May 8, Ed will unveil the mysteries of the Beehive
Bake oven.  While the oven is heating, you will prepare an array of
Colonial baked goods, all of which will be available for sampling at
the day's end!  Again, the class size is limited.

Pre-registration is required. The fee for either class is $50/non
members and $40/DLM members.  Please visit the website at
www.DepreciationLandsMuseum.org for more details and to download
registration forms.  Register soon to reserve your place!
