[SCA-BMDL] SCA Org Price increases as of July 1st

SCA Memberships will be raised by $2 as of July 1st.  You only have a couple days to renew or buy a membership at the current prices. You can do so here:

In addition, the Non-Member Surcharge charged to non-members at each non-free event will be raised by $2 as of July 1st.  In other words, the NMS is going up to $5.
