[SCA-BMDL] A&S issue Deadline

My Dear Gentles,

The Deadline for the A&S issue was originally set for July First. In Order
to pull in more entries,
 I'm extending the deadline for the A&S issue to July 20th.

That's the last deadline bump that will happen, so please bring me your
valor, your art,  your stories, your mind, and your notes.
I look forward to putting them into documentation for the future generations
to come.
