Erin,

There have been a bunch of reported issues and I know that there are
steps being taken to fix those issues.

Since I know that you are on Facebook, there is a group where the
comments are being monitored for just the problems that you are

There is a webpage for the survey team, and an email address for
contacting said team (which would be the appropriate venue for survey
