Good Morning Aethelmearc!!!!

Their Majesties know that you all have a lot to do at Pennsic but They (and
their staff) are hoping that you might have some time to spare to assist in
in setting up and tearing down AEthelmearc Royal.

Set up will be on Sunday July 26th at 9:00am.

The hope is to have the Coopers tractor and flat bed available and to
collect the pavilions and other items from the Royal trailer.  If you have a
truck or other large vehicle it would be appreciated if you would bring it.

There will be lunch provided.

Tear down will be on Friday August 7th at 2:00pm and there will be some food
and drinks available.
Should the weather not cooperate on the Friday for tear down  please check
at hospitality to see if any change in plans have been made.

If you are willing to help out with either set-up or tear down please
contact me at projectmeek at gmail.com


We are hosting the largest event in the SCA - lets show them the true
splendor and glory of AEthelmearc!
