[SCA-BMDL] [fightpractice] fight practice winter site

Yes, heavy weapons practice will happen at Pittsburgh Chinese Church,
beginning this Sunday Dec 13.
(As of now, rapier and youth fighting are still to be determined).

This announcement (and the previous) sent on behalf of Lord Ogamin
Arashimoto no Shirou  (Shiro)  BMDL Knight Marshal, whose computer has
melted.
