[SCA-BMDL] Fallen Heroes Tourney @ Aethelmearc War Practice

Greetings From Liam,

For those who may not know, early this month; three Pittsburgh Police Officer were gunned down while responding to a domestic argument. All three officers besides serving their community as police officers were well respected members of the department and the Pittsburgh Community. One of the officers was off duty, on his way home and saw his fellow officers laying on the ground and tried to remove them from harms way.

The courage that these Blue Knights show speaks to the very chivalry of our society. I ask that those who fight, Join me on Friday evening, on the battlefield at Aethelmearc War Practice for a tournament to raise money for the grieving families of these officers. The Autocrat and Marshall in Charge have graciously given the time and space for this tourney.

The Rules will be simple, a bear pit list with any weapons form until every fighter is happy and tired, or we run out of daylight. The cost to join in the festivities is $5.00 and all monies will be donated to the Fallen Heroes Memorial Fund set up by the Pittsburgh Fraternal Order of Police.

If there are members of the populace who wish to donate and not fight, your donation will certainly be welcomed. Anyone wishing to donate a scroll or prize for the tournament participants, please contact me and I will make arrangements to gather those items from you. Also, any Marshall or MOL willing to donate some time to keep the list organized it would be greatly appreciated.
