Thank you, thank you, to my lovely and talented assistants in the 
kitchen yesterday.  I certainly couldn't have done it without you.  

In no particular order, thanks to Ailis, Caitlin, Aileen, Charlie, Bovi, 
Cassadoria, Creador, Brianna, Francis, and Bethany, and anyone 
I"ve forgotten, for being cheerful and capable in tight quarters and 
appliance failure.  

Thanks also to Marcus, Brandubh, and anyone else who helped 
with the hall clean-up.
