[SCA-BMDL] new youth marshal

Upon the final filing of the appropriate  paperwork, please welcome a new 
marshal at large in region 2,Ceindrech Verchelen  known to some of you as Kate. 

She spent an extraordinary amount of time  on the youth list this summer at 
Pennsic and has even gone so far as to accept a  bag of loaner gear!

In addition, there are a few new trainees on the  horizon. More to come. 

Youth combat practice will again be at Washington  Blvd this Sunday.
