This is from Baycon- a science fiction event in 1968- the link came 
through the Middle Bridge.

Look at items 8 and 9 on the list- but you might want to look at the 
other pictures- like what Harlan Ellison looked like before getting his 
Hugo award.
( Note for bibliophiles- 'The Glass Teat' by Harlan Ellison is one of 
the best books to read about late 60's culture)
