[SCA-BMDL] Hrefna's Laurel elevation to be held at Pennsic

Contrary to the date announced at War Practice, THL Hrefna in heppna Thorgrimsdottir's elevation to the Order of the Laurel will be held at Pennsic, during the Debatable Lands' baronial reception on Sunday, August 3rd, from 5 to 7 pm in AE Royal. 
   
  This change of venue was made with the gracious approval of Their Majesties Khalek and Branwyn, and the kind agreement of Their Excellencies, Byron and Ariella, as the original date conflicted with a family obligation of Hrefna's.
   
  We hope all of Hrefna's friends and well-wishers will be able to attend.
