Many people will say no we do not need an Althing.
However they are thinking only of their personal needs.
What your forgetting is how many times have
you handed an older issue to a new person just to show
them all the activities that the barony has?
And it gives them names and phone numbers of people
that they can discuss activities with.
They will not use the web for this.

You'll lose that resource.
