[SCA-BMDL] BMDL practice now at Washington Blvd

Greetings all who will attend fighting practice!  Although Sarah Heinz Hous=
e has kindly gotten me a new set of keys, the forecast for this Sunday is p=
artly cloudy and mid-50's, perfect outdoor fighting weather.  Therefore, I =
would like to move Heavy Weapons practice outside to the Washington Blvd si=
te (directions on www.debatablelands.org site) as of this coming Sunday, Ma=
rch 25th.  I know the fencers are planning on moving outdoors as well.  Ple=
