Just a quick note about the party this weekend -- the parking situation 
at Ariella and Byron's house is somewhat limited so carpooling is 
encouraged. Also, again, there is some crash space available, just let 
me know beforehand and I'll see what I can find.

Illadore's "50 Week Town Run" Party!

Well, more like 24 weeks, at that point. :) Ariella and Byron have 
graciously offered to send me off on my "town run" (i.e. my running off 
and moving to San Francisco) in style at their beautiful castle in 
Wexford (http://www.pitt.edu/~caram/castleindex.htm) on Saturday, 
February 3rd.  Of course, since it's me, there will be fencing! (Woot! 
Fencing in an actual castle?!? Who could pass that up?)  There will also 
be non-fencing activities (such as eating, drinking and being merry) 
happening as well. :)

Here's the plan:
Fencing and what not will start around 2PM and go until we're tired. 
(Ariella and Byron have graciously allowed us use of showers if 
necessary.) Then, we party like its 1999 (or 999 take your pick.)  For 
those who aren't interesting in fencing (tho, I couldn't imagine anyone 
not being interested in fencing) the more party-like activities will be 
starting around 7PM.

Its potluck and BYOB - tho, some beer and party snacks will be provided. 
I'm sure I'll cook something too. :) Yes, you can email me and bribe me 
as to what that might be. :)

WHERE: McCandless Castle, 755 Stonegate Road, Wexford PA, 15090
WHEN: Saturday, February 3, 2007 - 2PM for fencing, 7PM for general 
merry-making 
WHAT ELSE: Potluck and BYOB, Crash space can be found -- just let me 
know ahead of time. :)


Directions:
Take your best route to I-79. Get off at the Wexford Exit (#73). If you 
came from I-79 S, turn Right, if you came from I-79N, Turn Left onto 
PA-910 (Orange Belt), Go 0.3 miles and turn left onto Mingo Rd. Go 1.1 
miles, turn left on to Stonegate. The Castle is approximate 0.2 miles on 
your left.
