If you are coming by car to BMDL Twelfth Night by car:

According to the parking office at Pitt, the Soldiers and Sailors Garage
is open for visitor parking on Sundays for a flat rate of $5.00.  It is 
located
opposite William Pitt Union at corner of Fifth and Bigelow.
