[SCA-BMDL] OT: ISO Contractor

Hi all,

Sorry for using the bandwidth, but I am slightly desperate.  Long story short, my mother and I are looking to purchase a house, and the one we have in mind is in need of some major work.  I am in the market for a contractor, and would like for one to view the house with me to give me an idea of how much work is needed, if what we want done is possible, and an estimate.
