http://www.google.com/search?q=medieval+jewish+clothing
returns several hits which seem to indicate that in general, those of
the jewish faith wore the same as everyone else. They cite several
occurances of laws requiring Jews to wear a distinguishing "tag" of
some sort to tell them apart, which seems to indicate that they
wouldn't stand out if they didn't.

I'm no expert. Heck, I'm not even a novice.... there are likley finer
points to the customs... i don't know when, where, or how strict
yamulka wear, and married ladies not showing their own hair in publich
came about for example. There might also be custom of certain colors
of clothes that were appropriate for certain holidays, for another
example. Perhaps the resulting set of links from above google search
can help.

Adding "holiday" to the query might get you even closer.
good luck.
