[SCA-BMDL] Agincourt Help

The time for battle draws near, and you attendence is
requested for Fighting and Revelry!!!

It is not too late to Pre- register for the Agincourt
Event. Pre-Registration is available by sending a
check or money order made out to the SCA-BMDL to: Liam
MacanTsaoir and Lady Constance Glyn Dwr 1403 Mt. Royal
Blvd., Glenshaw PA 15116. Only paid reservations will
be accepted. Due to the size of the hall, a limited
number of off-board seats are available, so
reservations are encouraged.

This grand event is to be held at the Dorseyville
Volunteer Fire Department Social Hall, 100 Charles
Street Dorseyville, PA 15238. The Site fee will be
$8.00 of Off Board (lunch included), and $14.00 On
Board. Children ages 6-12 shall be half price and Wee
Ones (5 and under) shall be free. The site opens at
9am and closes at 11pm. No pets inside the building
except service animals. The site is wet, period
containers please.

We are seeking assistance with hall cleaning and dish
duty throughout the day. We are also seeking decor for
the hall. Period style tapestry and coats of arms will
help to make the event a perfect day for all.

Don't forget your A&S projects, the theme is War Good
and Leather work.
