[SCA-BMDL] Retainers At Pennsic for Their Excellencies

Hi Everyone,

Retainers will be needed at Pennsic.  Here is a little reminder so you can
work it into your schedule.  There will be a sign up chart in the baronial
camp.  Please sign up to help out.  Lady Fredeburg and I will be co-head
retaining during Pennsic.  Please see either of us if you need more info.
Baldrics, tabbards, etc will be in the communal area of the barony camp.

*Retainers will meet at the Barony camp about 15-30  minutes before
departure time (they are listed with the event!)*
Many to come to Barony Party Friday (before war week) in camp starting in
the afternoon!
Opening Ceremonies Sunday 10 am, mustering earlier to "ride" over to AE
royal
Escort and Herald to Landed Baron's dinner Sunday late afternoon earliest 4,
perhaps 5 (they haven't told us the  time)
Escort and company to 7 Pearl's Bardic starting at 7 also Sunday.
AE Court Tuesday we may have to have one of us sit court at 7pm in the barn
so the usual set up, rotate retainers and tear down**important if it is a
long court and hot like last year
Baronial Court Wednesday afternoon, 4 or 5 pm (Althing has specific time)
need set up, casual retainers and tear down all in camp

*** Also Alonzio has asked that Tatyana be escorted for visits to the field
or friends and shopping but no schedule there, just a note of possibility.*
