[SCA-BMDL] parking at Washington Blvd.

Hey all,

I don't know how many people would actually go to
Washington Blvd. site for fighting/fencing practice
tomorrow.  Just a warning, They are supposedly fixing
the parking lot finally, and there are HUGE piles of
gravel in the lot, so Parking is limited.
