[SCA-BMDL] Winter Archery site not finalized for BMDL

The proposed site for winter archery practice in the BMDL has not yet been finalized.

Please do not go to the site described in either my last email or in the Althing until further notice.

Meanwhile, you might take advantage of the recently announced site for Steltonwald practice.
