Hello,

OpenSlide Python 1.4.2 has been released.  This release drops support
for Python 3.8 and adds minor improvements.

If you installed OpenSlide Python with pip, you can upgrade with `pip
install --upgrade openslide-python`.  OpenSlide Python is also
available from a variety of package managers:
