What helped on top of that was your sentence here from 2012: "Both parts can be fully appreciated 
only with a certain sense of humor or a certain type of beverage."
Personally, I will probably have some psychotherapy sessions afterwards to get this out of my system 😉

Those are available from the Index.dat file.  See documentation here:

As far as I know, the mapping from associated image to DAT file also can only be determined by reading the Index.dat, and cannot be derived solely from the Slidedat.ini or from the DAT files directly.
