Is anyone still using the 32-bit Windows binaries?

Hi all,

I'm considering stopping production of the 32-bit Windows builds [1],
and thus also Python wheels for 32-bit Windows [2].  32-bit Windows
hasn't shipped on new PCs for three years, and it seems unlikely that
anyone is still processing large pyramidal images in 3 GiB of address
space.

If you do still need 32-bit binaries, please explain your use case in
a reply here or in one of the bugs listed below.
