SZI image format version 1.1

Dear community:

John Cupitt and I made an effort to offer a image format which is
optimized for serving tiles quickly over the web. When you use libVIPS,
you can easily create SZIs from any OpenSlide image by using:

vips dzsave <input image> <output image>.szi

The description of the image format is here on GitHub, released under CC
BY and LGPL:
