on the description page for Aperio slides (http://openslide.org/formats/aperio/), openslide links to

http://www.leicabiosystems.com/documents/api/Aperio_Digital_Slides_and_Third-party_data_interchange.pdf

But this link is broken.

Does somebody still have this PDF?
