winbuild fails

[kwiechen]

I have tried building 32 bit with ./build.sh -m32 bdist (openSUSE 42.1) 
and this works. But it was not possible to build for 64 bit. Can you 
please give me the linux distro/packages to build the 64 bit openslide 
windows version?
