Decoding error on 33003 J2K compressed SVS file

Hi,

you may want to read the discussion on this topic in the openslide forum 
on github: https://github.com/openslide/openslide/issues/130

A downgrade to libopenjpeg2, version 1.3+dfsg-4.6ubuntu2 from the Saucy 
repo could also fix this issue for Ubuntu.
