Implementation of a CZI (Zeiss) driver

This is indeed a very good implementation of JPEG-XR. It is available
on debian as shared lib (SOVERSIPON set to 0 as per upstream):

http://packages.qa.debian.org/j/jxrlib.html

I had to tweak the build system though.
