My name is Megan Hendrickson, I am a graduate student in Dr. Bruce
Trapp's Lab at the Cleveland Clinic studying multiple sclerosis. I have
a question that I am hoping maybe someone will be able to answer. We
have a slide scanner that can scan a hemispheric section of the brain
and uses scn file type. I need to measure the density of the staining on
the brain slice and normally I would use ImageJ, but ImageJ can not open
a scn file. Do any of you know of a program that can handle a scn file
and do that kind of analysis?

Thanks,

Megan Hendrickson
