You need libjpeg, libtiff, zlib, openjpeg, and gtk+ (for glib, cairo, and
gtk).
Apart from gtk+ (which you can get from
http://www.gtk.org/download-windows-64bit.html), we compiled them ourselves
(also 64 bit).
For running cmake, you can use a batch file similar to the attached one.
