OpenSlide Python 1.2.0 released

Hello,

OpenSlide Python 1.2.0 has been released.  This release drops support
for Python versions older than 3.7.  It also supports cache
customization when used with the upcoming OpenSlide 3.5.0, improves
pixel read performance, and improves installation documentation.
