OpenSlide Python 1.1.2 released

Hello,

OpenSlide Python 1.1.2 has been released.  This release fixes compatibility
with setuptools >= 46, Python 3.9, and Sphinx 2.x.  The --without-performance
install option has been removed, so source installs on Linux and Mac OS X
will require a C compiler and Python headers.  Windows users can continue to
use precompiled Python wheels from PyPI via "pip install openslide-python".
