New OpenSlide Windows build with OpenJPEG 2.1.1

Hi all,

Since the recent OpenJPEG 2.1.1 release contains a large number of fixes,
many of them security-related, I've posted a new OpenSlide Windows build
incorporating the OpenJPEG release.  Get it here:
