Hi Guys,

I've been made aware that many of you have a conflict with the midterm
due to the Chinese new year.

I am trying to see if I can find a way to accommodate you. As of now I
have not been able to come up with anything viable, and I have asked the
steering committee. If we can come up with something I will let you know
as soon as possible.

PS: Please keep in mind that while I am trying to find a solution, it is
    very very likely that I can not find a way to accommodate you. In
    that case you will have to cancel your tickets!
