[269] Lagrange multipliers

Hi All,

The last time I taught this course, I gave them a different (more
algebraic) proof of Lagrange multipliers.

I updated the proof I wrote then to include the more geometric proof I
gave you in class. (The notation uses the notation I used last time --
i.e. maximize h on {f =  C}, instead of maximixing f on {g = c} which I
used this time.)

I put both these proofs online.
