CalDAV / CardDAV issues

[Vincent DEFERT]

Thanks Ken.
It appears that changing the CardDAV URL in Evolution is not
sufficient, I had to delete the address book and recreate it to
correctly use 'addressbooks'.
However, I now get the following error :
