cyrusimap.org website updated

[Bron Gondwana]

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to the awesome work by Nic, Nicola and others, the cyrusimap.org website is now entirely generated from Sphinx (not the same sphinx as the search engine - yay for namespaces) from the git repository which is currently at:

https://git.cyrus.foundation/diffusion/D/

Feel free to clone that and suggest patches :)

I have kept the old directory structure intact, so links into http://cyrusimap.org/docs/cyrus-imapd/ and friends that are linked from Google will continue to work.  Likewise with /mediawiki/

I for one welcome our autogenerated overlords.
