Yes, I have it like this:

# Allow plaintext logins by default (SASL PLAIN)
allowplaintext: yes

Moreover, I found this in my auth log:
Mar  9 17:34:17 srv01 cyrus/imaps[4763]: unable to open Berkeley db 
/etc/sasldb2: Permission denied

looks like:

chgrp mail /etc/sasldb2

solved the problem.

But still, I cannot login from mail client. And now there is no any warning 
in auth or mail logs...
