Conversion from mbox to Cyrus

Hi Adam,

First of all, there was a misunderstanding between me and my customer.
The mail is in mbox format, not in maildir.  Sorry.

Imapcopy does only imap-to-imap so far I know.

It's about the old mail what's stored in the home-dir of the user. This
was transfered by POP.
