Huh, that really looks like it *was delivered* to me. Are you sure it
isn't really in the mailbox? Can you go to the user's mailbox [on disk]
and grep the files for the messageID?

It is either Cyrus or Postfix [the MTA]. It does look like Mailman is
doing his job.
