Migrating seen database

Hi,

I don't know what silly things I did or failed to do before. After
reading your replies, I rsynced just my inbox and my seen and sub
databases again and it works. This time because I rsync small amount
of data, I stopped the cyrus service on the production server which I
didn't do before.

So I will do a mock migration and ask people to check. Then I will do
the live upgrade.
