duplicate suppression not work after reboot

version: cyrus-imapd-2.2.12

The duplicate suppression suddenly stop working after the machine reboot.

Before, different alias map to same person will only receive one copy of
email provided the message id is the same.
But it will receive multiple copies after machine reboot.
