Quota file not in sync with actual Hardisk usage

Quota does not include the cyrus.* files in each mailbox. Also if you
are using deleyed expunge mode there will be some recently deleted mails
that are still on the disk but not in quota.

you can run a

reconstruct -r -k -s user.USERID
quota -f user.USERID

or if you use unixhierarchysep: 1

reconstruct -r -k -s user/USERID
quota -f user/USERID
